Concept: Modern Chania Villa
Olanna and its twin villa next door, each totally autonomous, are located in the residential area of Sodi just 6 km from the historic Old Venetian Harbor. Set on a hill above the town of Chania and the Sea of Crete, the villa features gorgeous views from the floor-to-ceiling windows, high-end amenities, modern design, and sleeps up to 6 guests. Olanna is the perfect loft-style vacation home as your luxury base for exploring the west side of Crete Island.  

Exterior Design
The villa front extends up 3 levels and features huge sea-view windows and private sea and pool view balconies on the upper bedrooms. The outdoor terrace is made of local granite stone, and around the private swimming pool is a stylish wooden deck, comfy outdoor armchairs, and beanbag sun loungers to kick back and enjoy a drink by the pool. There is an alfresco eating area for the private chef to cook you a Greek BBQ, while you watch the lights of Chania town twinkling across the water. 

Interior Design
Indoors Olanna villa is a mix of pale wood, granite stone, and contemporary steel finishings, giving the villa a unique modern ambiance. The harmonious shared and private spaces, and the bright and comfortable interior are flooded with natural daylight, which complements the neutral décor. There are 2 bedrooms on the upper level and 1 at the top level of the villa, all equipped with a private sea and pool view balcony, Smart TV, high-quality mattress, A/C, and en-suite bathroom. The ground level has a vast open plan living area with windows up to the level above, a state-of-the-art luxury kitchen, and a stylish wood and steel staircase going upstairs, or you can take the indoor elevator instead. There is everything you need to experience the magic of Crete in style, comfort, and luxury. 

Good to know
Only 6km west of the villa is Kalathas seaside village, located in a natural bay on Cape Akrotiri. The beach has golden sand and clear shallow waters, there is a small islet you can swim to, as well as water sports, restaurants, and mini markets for a fun day at the beach.
